★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan en los números telefónicos que tienen establecidos para solicitar citas. No se como es que dicen que solo atenderán a personas con previa cita.
 They never answer the phone numbers they have established to request appointments. I don't know how it is that they say they will only serve people with an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cita a las 11 am. Ya más de 2 horas en pie esperando afuera de sus oficinas para firmar documentos. Veremos qué tal el servicio, dudo, ante la mala atención en la primera visita!
Appointment at 11 am. Already more than 2 hours standing waiting outside their offices to sign documents. We'll see how the service is, I doubt, given the poor service on the first visit!
