★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al inicio la atención fue buena pero después de varios días de cerrado un proceso en sus propias instalaciones llamaron diciendo que se les debía más dinero y que tenía que pagar si no Hacienda iba a auditarme. Hablé con ellos, aceptaron su error, sin embargo no quisiero hacerse responsables del pago.
Me dijeron que no era mucho, y le dije que si no era mucho pues que lo pagaran. Dijeron que no era su responsabilodad cuando al inicio dojeron que sí.
At the beginning the attention was good but after several days of closing a process in their own facilities they called saying that they were owed more money and that I had to pay if the Treasury was not going to audit me. I spoke with them, they accepted their mistake, however I do not want to be responsible for the payment.
They told me it was not much, and I told him that if it was not much then they should pay it. They said it was not their responsibility when they initially said yes.
