★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención fue excelente y el servicio muy rápido. Sin embargo, para el trámite que realice, nunca especificaron correctamente desde el inicio todos los documentos que iba a necesitar. Cada que pensaba que ya iba a poder recoger el producto terminado, me hablaban para pedirme documentos nuevos. Podrían ser más ordenados y solicitar todo lo que necesitan desde el inicio. Eso si, la amabilidad siempre presente, y mejor que otros lugares de la región.
The attention was excellent and the service was very fast. However, for the process that I carried out, they never correctly specified all the documents that I was going to need from the beginning. Every time I thought that I was going to be able to pick up the finished product, they would call me to ask for new documents. They could be more tidy and request everything they need from the start.
