Además de que no respetan los tiempos agendados y/o acordados para una cita. Pues se ponen a hacer todo y a sacar copias cuando llegas. Lo que hace de una visita de 10 minutos a algo que te quitó más de una hora esperando a que las copias estén listas para ser firmadas.
They are quite slow in the processes.
In addition to that they do not respect the scheduled and / or agreed times for an appointment. Well, they start doing everything and getting copies when you arrive. What makes a 10 minute visit to something that took more than an hour waiting for the copies are ready to be signed.
