 They are friendly but super slow, the receptionist who attends the certified copies, seems to be moving in slow motion. 50 minutes to certify some copies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato y respuesta es bueno por teléfono y en persona, sin embargo los procesos son largos y. Sin fecha a veces. Te traen dando vueltas sin darte fecha aproximada aún habiendo pagado adelanto, pagué un trámite en diciembre y me llamaron hasta febrero.
The treatment and response is good by phone and in person, however the processes are long and. No date sometimes. They bring you around without giving you an approximate date even having paid advance, I paid a procedure in December and they called me until February.
