★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hablé para solicitar una copia de un poder general ya que el mio se extravió. La recepcionista se puso difícil cuando le dije que no sabía el número del documento. Me dijo que no lo podía buscar sin esa info. Yo se muy bien que se pudo haber buscado por nombre(s)… pedante la tipa! Y la manera de atender a un cliente uff… Si el favor no me lo están haciendo yo pago por el servicio. Un cliente menos!
I spoke to request a copy of a general power of attorney since mine was lost. The receptionist got difficult when I told her I didn't know the document number. He told me that he couldn't look it up without that info. I know very well that you could have searched by name (s) ... pedantic the chick! And the way to serve a client uff… If the favor is not being done to me, I pay for the service. One less customer!
