★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegue a las 4:30 a recoger un documento con el comprobante de pago y nadie sabia de que se trataba y que no podían entregármelo porque ya todos se marchaban faltando una hora y media para cerrar. Así no mas perdí el viaje y nadie se brindó a ayudar ni buscar nada casi que uno mismo debe ir a sacar su papel del archivo.
I arrived at 4:30 to pick up a document with proof of payment and nobody knew what it was and that they couldn't give it to me because everyone was leaving with an hour and a half to close. Just like that, I lost the trip and no one offered to help or look for anything, almost one had to go and get one's paper out of the file.
