★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es rápido, pero la presentación de las escrituras es de pésima calidad, todas borrosas, deberían ponerle más empeño en su presentación ya que son una notaria y parecen fotocopias de muy baja calidad.
The service is fast, but the presentation of the deeds is of poor quality, all blurry, they should put more effort into their presentation since they are a notary and seem very low quality photocopies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Debe de hacer mejor su trabajo el personal del una escritura y te salen con un post-IT y después resulta que no se acuerdan de que precio y que cotizaron. Podrían invertir un poco en automatizar las cotizaciones.
The writing staff should do their job better and they leave you with a post-IT and then it turns out that they don't remember what price and what they quoted. They could invest a little in automating quotes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención y servicio (al inicio todo muy bien, atención pero es fecha que no termino mi trámite pues al ingresar la documentación al registro público de la propiedad pues no me lo aceptan pues los archivos "fir" desconozco que tipo de archivo sea pues que no pasa o está mal encriptado u no se que tanto he llamado a la notaría y es fecha que no me resuelven. Quitaré las estrellas.
