El notario Martínez es de los pocos que siempre está en su oficina y atiende (si es necesario) personalmente a sus clientes, además de que te dan un precio bastante accesible -contrario a lo que imaginarias dado el lugar donde están ubicados-

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deben de poner más atención con las personas que responden sus líneas telefónicas, llamé ayer a las 2 pm para solicitar informes sobre un trámite testamentario y me indicaron que volviera a llamar hoy a las 9:30 por que se encontraban en horas de comida
They should pay more attention to the people who answer their phone lines, I called yesterday at 2 pm to request reports on a probate process and they told me to call again today at 9:30 because they were at lunch hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy limitada capacidad resolutiva. No expide carta poder para asuntos fuera del estado. Hace tiempo, estando residiendo ien Estados Unidos, tramite y obtuve una carta poder en el Consulado de México en Chicago sin problema alguno, para aplicación en México. A la limitada capacidad se agrega la mula explicación de los motivos técnicos de la negativa. Recomiendo buscar otros notarios. Hay muchos.
Very limited resolution capacity. No power of attorney issued for out-of-state affairs. Long ago, while residing in the United States, I processed and obtained a power of attorney at the Mexican Consulate in Chicago without any problem, for application in Mexico. To the limited capacity is added the mule explanation of the technical reasons for the refusal. I recommend looking for other notaries. There are many.
