★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Necesitan mejorar muchísimo su servicio teléfonico, te transiferen con varias personas, no les comunican el asunto, ninguna persona saber porqué estás hablando y puedes estar una hora esperando a que te atiendan sin respuesta mientras te transfieren de un lado a otro, necesitaba corregir un documento que expidieron mal ellos mismos y no le dieron ni premura ni importancia al asunto.
They need to improve their phone service a lot, they transfer you with several people, they do not communicate the matter to them, no one knows why you are speaking and you can spend an hour waiting for them to attend you without an answer while they transfer you from one place to another, I needed to correct a document that they shipped badly themselves and gave neither haste nor importance to the matter.
