★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apestan, no pueden hacer un registro en el Registro Público de la Propiedad de una Escritura que realizaron ellos, te mandan a hacerlo a ti directamente!! de verdad...Cualquier otro notario lo hace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Tardó dos años en escriturar un inmueble y nunca brindó información respecto al avance de trámites. Eso sí, cobró por anticipado. Eviten dolores de cabeza innecesarios. Es falso lo que afirma en su página web, no brinda asesoría. Lleva asuntos en forma muy rupestre.

Las personas encargadas de la entrega de las escrituras, son groseras, prepotentes, gritan a los cliente, brindan argumentos falsos y si algo no les parece simplemente te cuelgan. Sin más.
Además de instrumentos de más de 3 años antes de la pandemia se escudan, en qué por la pandemia aún no los tienen.
Estas personas comentan que porque registro público demora el trámite el tiempo que quiere. Lo cual es falso, RPP demora lo que debe demorar. No más haya de 6 meses en Ciudad de México y Estado de México. No 1 año ni 5 años, con lo que habla de que no tiene profesionalismo ni ética profesional.
Si quieres recoger un instrumento ya pagado, te piden otro pago que ya no corresponde. Al final te lo entregan de mal modo y con la pésima atención de La señora contadora Lourdes Flores cero profesional.
