Pésimo servicio, huyan no caigan en este lugar, trámites con más de 5 semanas sin concluir, algo que se lleva 10 días, cita para escriturar con más de 1 semana de anticipación y no tenían nada preparado, incluso té vuelven a solicitar documentación que ya se había enviado con anterioridad, en verdad no firmen con ellos

De dar lástima el servicio y la atención en general de la notaría 52 de gdl y 3 de zapopan, firmé una compraventa el pasado jueves 22 a las 9.30am del presente y les pagué con un cheque ( Citibanamex ) el ISR, me dijeron que ese mismo día me depositaba el banco lo cual NO sucedió ( hasta hoy lunes llegó el dinero ) la razón es que el cheque era de un banco diferente al de ellos pero JAMÁS me dijeron que se podía agilizar este tema llevando efectivo cheque certificado o bien hacer un traspaso, la comunicación MUY deficiente, ahora que me volví a quejar todo el problema se lo pasan al broker, me pidieron papeles de la notaría faltando menos de 2 días para la firma y eso por qué yo pregunté, en fin una experiencia que para nada quiero volver a repetir, ahora sólo esperar mi comprobante oficial del pago del ISR. Por cierto creo que exageré dándoles 1 estrella pero no había menos.

Pésimo manejo de información. Todo se maneja con las "asistentes" de los notarios, que al parecer ni siquiera saben usar la copiadora. Nadie tiene control de lo que pasa y siempre se culpan entre ellos. No he podido recibir la corrección de una escritura que, por cierto, hicieron en dos días, después de dos semanas de esperar y que prácticamente no la hicieran. Lástima que los bancos tienen sus notarías definidas (hasta donde sé) y en mi caso me enviaron aquí. Por cierto, cuando soliciten la copia certificada de su escritura, hagan hincapié en que la entreguen con la copia de la boleta registral. Estuvieron a punto de cobrarme un segundo proceso porque "su proceso no contempla entregar la boleta registral". Un montón de gente incompetente.

Su servicio es muy lento. Llegas y te tienen esperando horas, cuando se supone que ya tienes una cita. Tampoco se disculpan por los "inconvenientes". La pandemia solo la usan para justificar su incompetencia.

La notaria 52 tiene un pésimo servicio de seguimiento, tengo 5 meses esperando un tramite, mando correos y no recibo respuesta, llamo y me dicen que esta en "tramite" (ni siquiera revisan, le di el numero de escritura y en automático contesto "esta en tramite"
