★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevamos más de 4 años que hicimos el trámite de escrituracion y aún al día de HOY, no me han entregado la escritura, así como ni siquiera se ha hecho el cambio de nombre en los registros del predial y pagamos todo desde el principio porque piden el pago total por adelantado. Solo nos traen a vuelta y vuelta que porque dicen que en el registro público de la propiedad tiene mucho rezago.... NO LA RECOMIENDO PARA NADA!!!!!!!!
For over 4 years did the pending deed and even today, they have not given me writing and has not even made the name change in the records of property and paid everything from the beginning because you ask the full payment in advance. They only bring us back and forth that because they say that in the public registry of the property it has a lot of lag .... NOT RECOMMENDING IT FOR ANYTHING !!!!!!!!
