Si quieres estar llamandoles constantemente pidiendoles avances ESTA ES TU NOTARIA. Si quieres que la recepcionista que tienen te ponga mala cara. ESTA ES TU NOTARIA. Yo creo que de todo Aguascalientes es la peor, sinceramente, falta de profesionalismo, seguimiento, parecen no tener verguenza.

If you want to be calling them constantly asking for advances THIS IS YOUR NOTARY. If you want the receptionist they have to pout you. THIS IS YOUR NOTARY. I think that of all Aguascalientes is the worst, honestly, lack of professionalism, follow-up, they seem to have no shame.

Me hicieron dar mil vueltas con solo falsas promesas ...Mis impuestos los pagaron un año y medio mas tarde del dia en que yo se los pague.. engordando su bolsillo...
LAa peor Notaria que he conocido..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardé más de 2 años para tener mis escrituras Y tuve que pagar más con fin de que se me entregaran ya que estos rateros no habían pagado los impuestos que a mí ya me habían cobrado tuve que contratar una licenciada para pelear y que hicieran caso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio que puede existir! Te prometen que el trámite de escrituras queda en 3 meses y toman casi un año. Falta de profesionalismo, siempre tienen excusas para justificar su demora. No hay seguimiento. El Lic. te pide que llames para revisar el estado y jamás contesta. Terminas perdiendo el tiempo cada que vas. No solucionan!
Después de año y medio sigo sin recibir mis escrituras. Definitivamente, no vengan a esta notaría. No conocen el sentido de urgencia.
Después de 2 años, recibí mis escrituras.
The worst service that can exist! They promise you that the deed process takes 3 months and takes almost a year. Lack of professionalism, they always have excuses to justify their delay. No follow-up. The Lic. Asks you to call to check the status and never answers. You end up wasting your time every time you go. They do not solve!
After a year and a half I still haven't received my deeds. Definitely don't come to this notary's office. They don't know the sense of urgency.
After 2 years, I received my deeds.

Un año completo se tardaron en darme mi escritura, hasta que fuí a interponer una queja en SEGUOT con el visitador de notarías ya que si no lo hubiera hecho muy seguramente serían capaces de demorar otro año.
Pero para cobrar son muy puntuales.
