★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible la Notaría. Me cobraron y pidieron documentación y después de un mes, me llaman para decirme que no harán el trámite. Y el trato de la licenciada Nury es grosero e incompleto. Y después de su respuesta después de más de u mes de que el notario no hará el trámite que lo lleve a otra notaria, me dicen que no tienen mi dinero, que me espere a que lo tengan.
 Terrible the Notary. They charged me and asked for documentation and after a month, they call me to tell me that they will not do the paperwork. And Ms. Nury's treatment is rude and incomplete. And after their response after more than a month that the notary will not carry out the procedure that will take him to another notary, they tell me that they do not have my money, to wait for them to have it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo he tenido muchos problemas con dos tramites en esta notaria, la verdad es que no la recomiendo ni siquiera para pedir informes. En una escritura no metieron los papeles a tiempo y los certificados de no adeudo se tuvieron que volver a sacar, obvio con su respectivo nuevo pago y como nunca le pierden tambien me actualizaron los pagos de honorarios. Siempre que hablo me dicen que me regresan la llamada y nunca lo hacen, se han tardado mas de 6 meses con mi escritura cuando en teoria deberian de ser 4, en fin Yo JAMAS regresaria a esa notaria. Ojala les sirva mis comentarios ya sea para mejorar o para que los usuarios no caigan en eso...
I have had many problems with two procedures in this notary, the truth is that I do not recommend it even to request reports. In a deed they did not put the papers in on time and the certificates of no debt had to be taken out again, obviously with their respective new payment and since they never lose them, they also updated the fee payments. Whenever I speak they tell me that they call me back and they never do, they have taken more than 6 months with my writing when in theory it should be 4, in short I would NEVER return to that notary. Hopefully my comments serve either to improve or so that users do not fall for that ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Empezando por la recepcionista,que se cree la dueña de la notaría, nunca tiene información y dice regresar la llamada en cuanto tenga nuevos datos. Lo cual nunca ocurre, es déspota e incompetente. No recomiendo está notaría ya que desde septiembre realice mi testamentoy 6 meses despues no lo ha podido firmar el notario.
Terrible service. Starting with the receptionist, who thinks she owns the notary, she never has any information and says to return the call as soon as she has new information. Which never happens, is despotic and incompetent. I do not recommend this notary since since September I made my will and 6 months later the notary could not sign it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, cancelan citas 5 minutos antes de la hora, el Lic. Titular nunca te atiende, nos hicieron 4. E es y nunca estuvo listo nada! La recepcionista es una pelada, irrespetuosa! Hay muchas otras notarias, esta es la peor opción de todas!

Hicimos un poder notarial y cuando me lo dan para revisión estaban mal los nombres, no revisan nada, todo lo hacen mal, poco profesionales, lentos y de muy baja calidad. De verdad intenten en otra notaria, el servicio de aqui es de lo peor. No se como no pueden haber auditorias sobre el servicio y calidad de quienes representan al Estado...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La recepcionista tiene un carácter pésimo. El precio por teléfono es uno, cuando llegas es más alto y al entregar documentos se va al 70% + alto XK tuvieron una equivocacion y solo es una parte del trámite. Y ni con kien hablar aparte de la recepcionista ? Carísimos!!!!!
