★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima notaria, se tardan muchisimo y no ponen atencion en tu caso, no te contestan el telefono, no investigan bien, a mi me citaron a la firma y no tenian los papeles en regla yo no lo podia creer, me dio mucha desconfianza y decidi no comprar la casa. La venta se cayo por su culpa. No hagan nada en esta notaria son un FRAUDE
 Terrible notary, they take a long time and do not pay attention to your case, they do not answer the phone, they do not investigate well, they summoned me to the firm and they did not have the papers in order I could not believe it, it gave me a lot of distrust and I decided don't buy the house. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente la peor notaria de todo México. Un simple trámite de 3 meses. Se fue a 3 años. Diciendo que el mensajero extravio la documentación, y mentira tras mentira. Y así 3 años. Me imagino que el notario ni siquiera estaba enterado. Realmente muy decepcionado. Imagine que por la zona y por el lugar, iban a ser de lo mejor. Pero lamentablemente todo lo contrario. Nada recomendable.
Definitely the worst notary of all Mexico. A simple 3 month process. He went to 3 years. Saying that the messenger lost the documentation, and lie after lie. And so 3 years. I imagine that the notary was not even aware. Really very disappointed. Imagine that for the area and the place, they were going to be the best. But unfortunately the opposite. Nothing recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace un par de años, hicimos el trámite de una liberación de gravamen. El trámite lo hicieron relativamente rápido. Cuando quisimos vender esa propiedad, el notario que llevaba la venta se dio cuenta de que el trámite estaba mal hecho.
Cuando fuimos a que nos solucionaran el problema, nos atendió una secretaria que se presentó como licenciada, quiso echarle la culpa a todo el mundo, obvio menos a su notaría.
Nos estuvieron dando largas y largas y nadie daba la cara hasta que pedimos cita con el notario, entonces apareció la jefa de la lic-secre. Lo único que obtuvimos fueron más largas y después de pedir nuevamente cita con el notario, no la obtuvimos. Nos pusieron atención hasta que amenazamos con presentarnos con el notario, con cita o sin ella.
Hasta entonces tomaron cartas en el asunto, aunque nunca se hicieron responsables de todos los gastos adicionales que generaron con su negligencia.
Lo mejor de la notaría, sus recepcionistas.
Por lo demás una notaría pésima.

When we went to have our problem solved, a secretary who presented herself as a graduate attended us, wanted to blame everyone, obviously less to her notary.
They were giving us long and long and nobody looked at us until we made an appointment with the notary, then the head of the lic-secre appeared. The only thing we got were longer and after requesting an appointment with the notary, we didn't get it. They paid attention to us until we threatened to appear with the notary, by appointment or without her.
Until then they took action on the matter, although they were never responsible for all the additional expenses that they generated with their negligence.
The best of the notary, its receptionists.
Otherwise a very bad notary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, desde 2018 inicié un trámite, estamos en septiembre de 2020 y no está listo. Si pueden acudir a otra notaría mejor. Me queda la duda de sus servicios porque me enteré de un trámite del mismo tipo y tardaron pocos meses en publicar los edictos y resolver a favor de la persona, acaso será necesario dar una "cuota" extra para que hagan bien las cosas?. Ni se les ocurra hablar cerca de las tres de la tarde porque ya no hay quien conteste el teléfono. Lástima que no existe la categoría de 0 estrellas porque no se merecen ni una. Me queda claro que ni mil quejas cambiarán el proceder de este notario y su equipo, pero con una persona que se entere del mal servicio y elija otra notaría, me conformo, para que no le tomen el pelo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor notaría de México. Llevo 4 años tratando de obtener mis escrituras y ahora quieren defenderse con el COVID, cuando tuvieron 3 años antes de ello para resolverlo. Te quieren marear con vocabulario y al final no pueden responder tus preguntas concretas. La Lic. Sandra Torres no ha podido dar seguimiento a mi caso, me responde cuando quiere. Hablas a las secretarias y dicen te regresan la llamada con la información y nunca lo hacen. Terminando con que te anotan en una libretita para darte una cita con el Notario de 10 a 15 días. Cero recomendable.
The worst notary in Mexico. I've been trying to get my deeds for 4 years and now they want to defend themselves with COVID, when they had 3 years before it to solve it. They want to make you dizzy with vocabulary and in the end they can't answer your specific questions. Lic. Sandra Torres has not been able to follow up on my case, she answers me whenever she wants. You talk to the secretaries and they say they call you back with the information and they never do. Finishing with that they write you down in a little notebook to give you an appointment with the Notary Public for 10 to 15 days. Zero recommended.

Denisse López Trejo ya que no quiso dar el estatus de una operación de la cual nosotros somos los asesores, dejándonos sin respaldo de una vendedora que no quiere pagar la comisión ,teniendo carta firmada de exclusividad y haber realizado el contrato de compra venta con conocimiento de la Licenciada . Los agentes inmobiliarios somos los que llevamos este tipo de negocios a las notarias , es la primera vez en 20 años que personal de una notaria nos da la espalda .
