★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, ya que conmigo se tardaron 2 años y medio para registrar mi inmueble ante el IFREM, estuve llamando durante ese tiempo y me daban largas, lo cual ocasionó que perdiera la oportunidad de vender la casa, y perdier una ganancia, lo cual demandé al notario Carlos Hoffman, lo condenaron a pagarme y no quiere hacerlo, así que tengan cuidado con esta Notaria porque bien que se jinetea el dinero, para que vean que no miento la demanda es la n{umero 928/2016.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La notaria se cambio a Huixquilucan, llame al numero y contesta un particular quien me proporciono el numero nuevo y ellos me confirmaron el cambio de domicilio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se a los demas, pero el que bo te quieran dar un costo de un servicio hace que uno desconfie ampliamente del servivio que te puedan brindar al final. Digo si no te pueden dar un costo o una coitizacion por telefono que me espera a la hora de estar ya con ellos en un tramite, ¿las mismas vueltas u opacidades?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen buen local. Sin embargo, no respetan el tiempo. Si te citan a una hora por lo regular tardan hasta media hora en atenderte. Me parece una buena área de oportunidad para el servicio.

Pésima. Váyanse a la Notaria 73 que esta enfrente de la ETAC, ahí te atiende el Notario directamente, cosa que no hace ninguna Notaria y no cobra por verlo como esta que si cobra por ver al notario.
En esta Notaria tienen a sus chalanes "abogados" que ni de leyes saben y tardan hasta 1 semana en hacerte una cotización y solo por correo.
Además de que te cobran las certificaciones que el vendedor tene que pagar y se las cobran a los 2.
También tengan cuidado con la "Abogada Fabiola guarneros" entrego mis documentos personales a otra persona ajena a mi dado que cancele la compra venta por que intentaron estafarnos con $$$$.
Ahora nos intentan chantajear con que harán mal uso de ellos. "Eso es muy peligroso"
Se están prestando a la estafa.
