Pésima atención al cliente, no regresan llamadas, no dan orientación aunque la pidas, exijan presupuesto antes de comprometerse, en mi caso pedí la información nunca me la dieron, se avanzó el trámite desconocía el proceso y hasta el día de la firma de compra venta dan el costo del servicio con una exageración en el costo de honorarios, al fina se tuvo que pagar una penalización por así decirlo pero me llevo la satisfacción de no haber concluido el trámite con ellos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio y pésima atención al cliente, llamé para solicitar información acerca de un trámite, la persona que tomó la llamada fue grosera, prepotente y carente de tacto.
Fue una experiencia sumamente desagradable, yo me pregunto ¿sabrá el notario el tipo de gente que está trabajando para él?
Parece que vas a mendigar gratis un servicio en lugar de ver al cliente en potencia que va a pagar bastante por el trámite solicitado.
Cero recomendable y nefasto servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la secretaria con pésimos modales, grosera y bastante mal educada, te dan rodeos sobre tu asunto, te distorcionan la realidad sobre lo que sucede con el mismo, tramites que tardarian dos semanas (con otras notarias) ellos lo tardan 11 meses, no la recomiendo en absoluto.
Terrible service, the secretary with terrible manners, rude and quite rude, they give you detours about your matter, they distort the reality about what happens with it, procedures that would take two weeks (with other notaries) they take 11 months, I don't recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Me negaron un trámite , primero la recepcionista dijo claramente que era porque iba de otra notaría, y después el notario, de una forma por demás déspota y grosera, argumentó que supuestamente no coincidían unas firmas, lo cual es incorrecto. No lo recomiendo para nada.
Terrible service. They denied me a procedure, first the receptionist clearly said that it was because she was going to another notary's office, and then the notary, in an extremely despotic and rude way, argued that supposedly some signatures did not coincide, which is incorrect. I don't recommend it at all.
