Estaba en "promoción" ya que incluía la ropa de cama y el edredón, etc etc. y estaba a 12 meses sin intereses, los cuales NO SE RESPETARON. La cuna llegó dos meses después (a finales de enero) sin la ropa de cama. Dijeron que se les habian terminado, que en cuanto llegaran las mandaban. La semana pasada fuimos para preguntar y resulta que tres meses después nos dijeron QUE NO ESTABA INCLUIDA LA ROPA DE CAMA EN LA PROMOCIÓN. Después hicimos que se respetara lo acordado y lo pagado (de contado porque no se respetó la promoción inicial) y a la fecha siguen sin resolver nada. El bebé que va a usar la cuna ya tiene dos meses y medio y sigue durmiendo en portabebe. Pésimo servicio! Para compras grandes hagan que les firmen qué y qué estan pagando para que no les pase lo mismo! We bought a cradle in the Good End (November 16 to 19, 2018). The baby who is going to use the crib is already two and a half months old and is still sleeping in a baby carrier. Terrible service! For large purchases, have them sign what and what they are paying so that the same thing does not happen to them!
