★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De verdad sólo quiero hacerles un comentario, Yo tengo un restaurante de comida japonesa en Toluca, y soy cliente de ustedes desde hace un año y medio, pero de verdad el servicio que dan deja mucho que desear, no puedo generalizar porque creo que no toda la gente que trabaja hay es mala, pero si tienen que hacer algo para corregir su logística en la entrega de pedidos porque es un desastre, hace 6 meses que no tienen ni idea de cómo hacer una ruta en Toluca para que todos sus clientes estén satisfechos, me han llegado a las 9 de la noche o 10 y de verdad es que no está bien.
Que nos dejen esperando y no sólo eso hay ocasiones en que ya ni siquiera han llegado con el producto.
Y no les importa porque ni siquiera son capaces de llamar como atención y decirnos sabe que no vamos a llegar con su producto consigalo.?
I really just want to make a comment, I have a Japanese food restaurant in Toluca, and I have been a customer of you for a year and a half, but really the service you give leaves a lot to be desired, I cannot generalize because I think not all The people who work there are bad, but if they have to do something to correct their logistics in order delivery because it is a disaster, they have not had a clue of how to make a route in Toluca for 6 months so that all their customers are satisfied , I have arrived at 9 or 10 at night and it really is not good.
That they leave us waiting and not only that there are times when they have not even arrived with the product.
And they do not care because they are not even able to call attention and tell us they know that we are not going to arrive with your product, get it.
