C	Chicas Buena onda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una empresa que busca la excelencia en sus trabajadores lo que te llevara a tener mucha presión los primeros meses si es que te acostumbras o logras ingresar a esta empresa, ya que para poder entrar a trabajar tienes que pasar por sus excesivos filtros primero te darán una platica laboral sobre la empresa primer filtro la señorita de recursos humanos te enseñara una tapa diciendo que es de talco cuando no lo es la revisaras por 5 segundos a ver que fallas tiene aquí esta la trampa tienes que decir que la tapa que mas parece tapa de medicina de abre seguro que de talco, que la tapa no tiene los agujeros para que salga el talco si dices que esta bien repruebas el primer filtro, entre sus excesivos filtros se encuentran una prueba matemática, un examen medico y una pregunta muy importante que te preguntaran ¿escribe 3 razones por las que quieres trabajar o buscaste esta empresa? obviamente si no les gusta lo que pones repruebas ese filtro, al terminar las preguntas te pararan enfrente de todos estiraras tus manos y de puntitas ese es otro filtro ya que verificaran que puedas mover todos tus dedos por que estarás parado trabajando con las manos, es una empresa demasiado demasiado exigente en cuanto a sus filtros de aceptación, la señorita de recursos humanos te aventara un choro mareador de que es una empresa en crecimiento y todo ese rollo cuando ella misma se hecha de cabeza diciendo esta es la única empresa en el país y la empresa lleva años contratando personal todos los meses del año piden personal ya que muy pocos logran pasar sus estándares de calidad y exigencias excesivas es una empresa que se la pasa contratando personal a cada rato, el único lado positivo si logras ser aceptado en la empresa tendrás media hora para comer, pagan bien y si logras estar de planta ganaras unos 7 mil mensuales pero no te emociones si faltas un solo día se te quita el premio de puntualidad y es alrededor de 700 pesos según te dan ayuda para el transporte son unos miserables 4 pesos de risa, rolas 3 turnos cada 2 semanas en la mañana, en la tarde y en la noche y un 4to si hay mucha demanda de pedidos, los tramites que te pedirán también son excesivos entre los que destacan carta de antecedentes no penales y entre tanta copia que tendrás que sacar te gastaras unos 100 pesos, para las mujeres dentro de la empresa no se permiten estar maquilladas llevar algún pirsin etc, para los hombres la señorita de recursos humanos menciona corte de patilla casi casi milimétrico no se que tiene que ver la patilla con el trabajo pero es una empresa muy mamona y payasita pagan bien siii pero podrás aguantar los 4 turnos y sus entandares excesivos he hay la pregunta que te tienes que responder. Entonces no buscan trabajo, buscan un lugar donde pasar 8 horas trabajando lo menos posible de su horario laboral... o acaso "alguien" de los que se expresan como "empresa exagerada" conoce las exigencias de los clientes a la empresa? no, desafortunadamente solo buscan su confort, llevar sustento a su casa con el mínimo esfuerzo. entristece la poca visión...
