H	Hector Najar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precio justo, sin cargo ocultos. Iba entregarlo en Domingo a mediodia. Hablè para ver si podia entregarlo en la noche para ir a la playa. Que no habîa problema. Que nomàs les diera una hora exacta de entrega. Esperaba un cargo muy grande por entregarlo en horario fuera de servicio. Y me cargaron nomás el dia extra e incluia la limpieza por venir de la playa. Ademas me ofrecieron llevarme al Hotel donde estaba hospedado. Fair price, no hidden fees. I was going to deliver it on Sunday at noon. I called to see if I could deliver it at night to go to the beach. That there was no problem. Just give them an exact delivery time. I was expecting a very large charge for delivering it during off-hours. And they just charged me the extra day and included the cleaning to come from the beach. They also offered to take me to the hotel where I was staying.

Se comunicaron para saber si necesitamos que alguien nos recogiera en el aeropuerto (antes y después). Cuando llamamos, nos confirmaron que sin importar quien llegara, ellos nos respetarían nuestra reservación. Y los precios son muy justos. Sus autos son muy buenos y en muy buenas condiciones.La verdad no tengo queja alguna! Todo fue excelente! Great! Honestly this company is much better than the rest of the car rental companies. They were quite fast, friendly and very attentive. They communicated to know if we needed someone to pick us up at the airport (before and after). When we called, they confirmed that no matter who came, they would honor our reservation. And the prices are very fair. Their cars are very good and in very good condition. I really have no complaints! Everything was excellent!

Nova gave me the price of the rental upfront with no hidden fees. The pickup went smoothly and the drop off was even quicker. I ended up with an older model car with manual transmission but no issues whatsoever. If you appreciate value give this place a try.
