Pésimo servicio, nada profesionales, le intentaron adivinar que era haciéndole una revisión más básica que nada a mi perro, diciéndome que no es grave, después de estar dos Dias vomite y vomite, me lo llevo a mi casa y como no está idratado por dejar de comer y beber, le intentó dar agua y la bomita, para no hacerla más larga según ellos era su garganta, pero no, su estómago era el problema, me regreso ese mismo día para que lo vuelva a ver, y no me quisieron atender. lo peor de lo peor, mi perro tuvo que tener una operación por qué ya estaba sangrando, debido a que se avia tragado un pedazo de un tronco en el parque.

Lopez, mi perro tuvo úlceras corneales, en ambos ojos y el único lugar donde me sugerían que lo podían resolver era en la ciudad de México, pusimos toda nuestra confianza en el médico y él personalmente sacó adelante a mi perrito, le salvó ambos ojos ya que corría el riesgo de perderlos, hoy mi perrito sigue en tratamiento pero con sus ojitos bien y además con su visión en ambos ojitos, pocos lugares tan profesionales y con esa calidad humana. MUCHAS GRACIAS !!!! Además el servicio de estética es excelente, van por tus perros y te los entregan hermosos, y el hotel de maravilla, MUY RECOMENDABLE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rodolfo López, pésimo veterinario, de lo peor de aquí en San Luis, mi perrita llegó por una urgencia y era una fractura simple ( de acuerdo a la valoración de otro veterinario) pero le recetó unas pastillas fuertísimas para el dolor y le deshizo su estómaguito al grado de tenerla que dormir porque ya iba muy mal. Antes de llevar a su perrito aquí, piénselo, hay más opciones. Yo llegué con el la verdad porque fue el único que encontré en ese momento, pero siempre estaré arrepentida, me dijo el otro veterinario que antes de recetar este tipo de medicamentos hay que realizar un estudio de sangre para no causar ningún problema, porque no sabes si tú perrito tenga algún problema que no se haya detectado. Para empezar le costó trabajo localizar la fractura y yo que no soy experta en eso era bien notoria en la radiografía, desde ahí me dió mala espina, pero la desesperación me hizo creer en el. Le pagué para que matara a mi niña hermosa.
