Piden dinero para dejar de promover el inmueble y a los pocos días esta nuevamente anunciado. Una compra venta de inmueble no se concluye en 10 días.
Te presionan a firmar el contrato con el 10% del valor del inmueble. No te dan ninguna garantía de tu dinero.
La documentación NO estaba en regla, la inmobiliaria no se dio cuenta hasta que el notario lo dio a conocer.
Suerte si te enganchas con esta inmobiliaria.
Terrible advice!
They ask for money to stop promoting the property and a few days later it is advertised again. A real estate sale is not concluded in 10 days.
They pressure you to sign the contract with 10% of the value of the property. They do not give you any guarantee of your money.
The documentation was NOT in order, the real estate did not realize it until the notary made it known.
Good luck if you get hooked on this real estate.

Excelente trato con Alejandro qué fue con quien iniciamos el trato y posterior nos acompaño Lupita la dueña de NovaHogar para darle seguimiento.
Te acompañan desde la visita al inmueble, los tramites qué les competen y hasta la entrega del mismo.
