The place is fairly clean, which is appreciated, especially in a pandemic. But the customer service is very poor, the treatment is very friendly, I admit that, but they do not follow up, it has already happened to me that they say they will call me back and they do not, once they "scheduled" my appointment which, they did not have it registered, on weekends they are delayed up to an hour to attend, things like that. In addition, I paid for my treatment by transfer (fortunately), but the first time I went, I bought aloe with a card. When I got home I saw that the aloe seal was broken, that is, they gave it to me open, and even worse, hours later I was notified of an attempt to use my card on Amazon. I have no way to verify that it was in Novalaser but it is the only logical thing because I had not used that card in weeks. I keep going because it is already paid and I do see results but I don't know if I recommend the place.

I disrespect to have people's time, their appointments should be respected. A 30 minute wait is too long without knowing how much longer it would take. Regarding the service, I can not comment more, it is the first time that I go. And yes, I didn't wait any longer.

I hope the company will contact me ... I would have liked to recommend your branch and continue with its services in other areas of hair removal but they are not in the least serious

I have taken several treatments in this clinic and until a year ago everything was going well when I realized that all the abdomen treatments had been given to me from the time that each therapist accommodated him, it should last 35 min and they even gave me up to 15 min I have been talking to complaints for a year and they tell me to talk to those at the branch but they do not give me an answer, they only tell me to call complaints again and that they are checking it and from there they do not come out, also they charged me tokens of masks that I I did not ask, that has already been clarified to me but I will share them anyway.

Terrible service. They closed without warning, I sent emails from December and until today, February, they answered me saying that my pending appointment cannot be carried out.

DO NOT CONTRACT! there are better options. They have many errors and the price is not for that, and their technology does not work. For starters, the sessions get them wrong (on purpose) they don't cover the whole area with the laser shots, they get them far apart, so you obviously have to get more done. The "therapists" are super chafas, they know nothing, in the sessions they are very careless and can burn you. I had one who passed the laser on a sheet that they put on you because it is cold, and it burned, it was short. Imagine what a danger. BEWARE, they also sell you the idea that it does not hurt and it DOES HURT, but you have to put up with it. You will always have a different girl, so your treatment will not have continuity. At the end of 9 sessions, my hair is sure to be 50%, and they wash their hands, they tell you to pay for more again, although when they sell it to you they promise that they will eliminate almost everything, until they have a guarantee. The worst thing is that as the sessions are spaced for months, you cannot shave at all because it affects the treatment. Imagine the discomfort of going a year and a half without being able to wax, and only be waxed when they do the session. Two weeks pass and again with hair. And since they do not do the sessions well and their laser is probably not as effective as they say, they are going to be with a lot of hair in all that time. Finally I want to tell you to be very careful because the people there are only going to want to sell you, they promise you everything. But once they have paid, the care is lousy, lousy. They never have space for appointments, they always leave you waiting for a good one even though you arrive at your time, if you have a problem they never want to solve you, there are some who have a very haughty attitude and know almost nothing about the subject, I tell them neither they do the sessions well. Now with the pandemic, they fell perfect for not giving you your sessions and not wanting to be responsible for the badness of their service. To date they are all missing. Branches closed without prior notice, and obviously when they interrupt your treatment it loses more effect. They also don't answer the phone. Conclusion, bad service, expensive prices and the laser does not work. The worst purchase I have made in my life, girls be very careful not to waste your money and your time like me. It is quite frustrating.

It is my first treatment session and the truth is reading all the reviews I am afraid of what may happen. From my first appointment, the waiting time was more than 40 min and I am disrespectful, I do not understand why so much protocol to schedule, to confirm if in the end they pass you how they want. When I went to my test I immediately saw a change and now in this session it seems that I did not do anything, when I asked they told me that it was normal but I honestly do not believe it. I also find it unprofessional that due to lack of staff, the receptionist assists you as they leave us wondering if she is able to apply the treatment correctly. I hope you improve the service because your service is not cheap.
