Some clients arrive late, they attend to them full time and that limits those of us who are punctual, because they delay and do everything in a hurry Regarding results, because of that bad organization I have not been able to see them, since they reschedule me and reschedule appointments ... they change the girls they attend from time to time and that does not allow a good follow-up of the treatment, they canceled my tokens! They told me that I had to contact customer service so that they could explain me and they do not attend ... I paid for two treatments of more than 12 body and firming sessions and it literally served me "zero" I have before and after photos, a disappointment wasted time and money, the same person never treats you, their staff is not trained since they have very different techniques and times, the staff is constantly changing, watch out! I hired the body service and I feel that it was useless, the same girl never attended me, some took longer than others applying the procedure, I did not see changes. Even exposing it with the girls at the reception, nothing was done about it. I would not hire any service here again, they are not professionals and it is just a waste of time and above all money.

The treatment does work. What is much to be desired is the attention via telephone. I had the experience of a girl being rude. It was already my last session, and I better decided to terminate the treatment. They should evaluate that, since they don't even want to hire services again.

They do not respect the treatment as it should be, for which the result is not as expected, they change your appointments without consulting you and they do not notify you when they are not going to work, so you arrive at the place and it is closed. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY IT IS A SCAM

Awful I bought the laser hair removal treatment, (12 sessions per area) I waxed 2 areas and none of them worked as promised, I took 3 more sessions in each one and nothing, in the end they ended up telling me that I had surely had some hormonal change, which I denied it through a doctor and his response was to buy 12 more sessions for each area, obviously I did not.

I started microdermabrasion treatment in October, I bought a package of 8 sessions and only took 5. Since in the month of November they called me to cancel my appointment, mentioning that they would contact me later to resume my sessions since they were going to start with remodeling of facilities... It's been more than 3 months and they haven't contacted me and the numbers they have don't answer and are out of service. The truth was a scam.
