Mis damas tuvieron que mandar a arreglar los vestidos a otro lugar y estamos todas muy decepcionadas del servicio. Ya una boda es mucho estrés, ojalá fueran profesionales en su servicio. very bad service !! Ladies' dresses are delivered a long time later and poorly made. Ni el lugar, ni la atención son nada del otro mundo pero, especialmente los vestidos, la tela, los modelos y las tallas nada especial. Ni bueno ni malo pero tuvimos que hacer cita y una fila de 5 turnos para entrar. Al final compramos en otro lugar donde nunva nos quedan mal (Pink Boutique) y tienen muchos modelos que ellos diseñan. Supongo que cada quien lo vive difetente The magic of social networks !!!! Neither good nor bad but we had to make an appointment and a row of 5 shifts to enter. Le han hecho cambios de estilo y ajustes mayores a mis vestidos y siempre han quedado perfectos!! Lo recomiendo 100%!! The best choice! I always buy dresses for my events and I am really delighted. They have made changes in style and major adjustments to my dresses and they have always been perfect !! I recommend it 100% !!
M	María C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos hicieron ir para tomar las medidas y que se mandaran a hacer los vestidos, a la mera hora nos entregaron los vestidos enormes, no consideraron las medidas que nos tomaron y nos quisieron cobrar un extra por ajustar los vestidos cuando el costo del vestido ya incluía las reparaciones que se hicieran. Definitivamente no los recomiendo para vestidos de damas de honor. Además no respetan los tiempos de entrega, en nuestro caso ya tienen casi un mes de atraso. They made us go to take the measurements and have the dresses made, at the mere hour they gave us the huge dresses, they did not consider the measurements they took and they wanted to charge us an extra for adjusting the dresses when the cost of the dress already included any repairs made. I definitely don't recommend them for bridesmaids dresses. In addition, they do not respect delivery times, in our case they are already almost a month late.
O	Od K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatal servicio, mi vestido debía llegar hace 3 semanas, pésima atención al cliente ya que no te hablan para informarte que aún no llega ni nada!!!! Si no les hablas tu jamás te enteras que pasa con el vestido. Hoy hablé y aún no tienen mi vestido que ya esta 100% pagado, mi evento es en 1 semana y ni arreglos tiene. En la nota que me entregaron el 5 de agosto, me pusieron la fecha de entrega y de ir a ajustes y jamas cumplieron con esa fecha y no se comunican contigo. Fui el 15-sept-2021 a recoger el vestido y parecía que era usado, el cierre mal y con hilos y de la parte de abajo un poco descosido. Fatal en verdad, si eres bride to be o dama no pienses en comprar ahí te quedan muy muy mal. Los vestidos de las otras damas, les quedaron grandes y les cobraron por los ajustes. CERO RECOMENDADOS, FATAL SERVICIO AL CLIENTE, TENGAN CUIDADO!!!! Fatal service, my dress was due to arrive 3 weeks ago, terrible customer service since they do not speak to you to inform you that it still has not arrived or anything !!!! El vestido accesible y tal cual lo quería fresco, el color, la tela. Hay bastantes modelos y el personal amable. Lo recomiendo mucho!!!
