Very reliable and at any time. I got sick at 3 am and they came to my house to check me and give me the necessary medications. They arrived quickly and they are super professional and very friendly. They have become my family doctor.

He did a thorough examination and gave me instant medication, and also went way out of his way to drive us (free) to the hospital which was about 20 mins away (for a different checkup). I am humbled by your kindness. The prices are very reasonable too. Way more than 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was transferred to this clinic from our resort for IV antibiotics after a wicked case of food poisoning. The doctor is friendly and professional, and the clinic is clean and bright. After getting my IV inserted we were escorted into a private room with a TV, bed, and a chair, which was really nice since we spent 4 hours there while I received my IV meds. It was nice to have 1:1 attention with the doctor throughout my stay and he was attentive to my symptoms. We are extremely thankful for his care and thanks to him I feel better after just one day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Cesar was super friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable, and helpful. He even gave his personal number in case I had any follow up questions and was prompt to respond to my messages the next day.
If you're not having a serious emergency, Novamedic is better than the La Joya hospital - a warmer, more caring environment and at half the price.
