★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo esta opción para pisos por la poca confiabilidad y mal servicio. Compré 16 m2 de Duela vinílica Epic para una terraza en el exterior, pagué la instalación para que no hubiera problema. Hubo muchos problemas: 1) el piso de abombó y los machimbres salieron volando por le pegaba el sol. 2) Acudieron a ver como se arreglaba y me cobraron $1,600 pesos más porque le pusieron pegamento. 3) los colocadores llegaron 2 hrs más tarde de la hora convenida y empezó a llover, tuvieron que regresar al día siguiente.
Antes de iniciar este circo yo me tomé la molestia de ir a sus instalaciones en Campamento 2 de octubre y el Sr. Alcántara me dijo que esa duela vinílica sí era para exteriores, le explique de mi terraza en el 5to piso y que le pegaba el sol. Pague un anticipo para apartar el material , luego me hicieron pagar el 100% antes de recibir el material,
No me generaron factura y eso que la solicité.
Los vendedores Alcántara y Onán Hernández no me quisieron dar garantía por escrito.
I do not recommend this option for floors due to poor reliability and poor service. I bought 16 m2 of Epic vinyl plank for an outdoor terrace, I paid for the installation so there would be no problem. There were many problems: 1) the floor bulged and the dowels flew out because of the sun. 2) They came to see how it was fixed and charged me $1,600 pesos more because they put glue on it. 3) the installers arrived 2 hours later than the agreed time and it started to rain, they had to return the next day.
Before starting this circus, I took the trouble to go to its facilities in Campamento 2 de Octubre and Mr. Alcántara told me that this vinyl floor was for outdoors, I explained to him about my terrace on the 5th floor and that the Sun. I paid an advance to set aside the material, then they made me pay 100% before receiving the material,
They did not generate an invoice for me and that I requested it.
The sellers Alcántara and Onán Hernández did not want to give me a written guarantee.
