Pero en mi cuarta compra me llevé una muy mala experiencia, ya que la entrega me la realizaron igualmente en estación Oceanía, pero al llegar a casa y probarlo, el producto salió defectuoso.
Guardé mi ticket y les llamé por teléfono para que me realizaran el cambio, me dijeron que sí sin ningún problema pero me pidieron que fuera a su lugar de trabajo, que igualmente queda muy cerca del metro Oceanía. Al momento de llegar revisaron el aparato, lo conectaron a la corriente y sin mediar palabras me tacharon de querer ser un vil ratero estafador (cómo ellos), me amenazaron con que ese producto no era de los que ellos vendían y que casi casi lo había recogido de la basura, hasta me querían calumniar diciéndome que agradezca que ellos son “buenas y finísimas personas”, porque sino paraban una patrulla en ese momento y que se convertiría en legal el asunto.

I kept my ticket and called them by phone to make the change, they said yes without any problem but they asked me to go to their place of work, which is also very close to the Oceania subway. Upon arrival they checked the device, connected it to the power and without saying a word they branded me wanting to be a vile scammer thief (like them), they threatened that this product was not one of the ones they sold and that they almost had it collected from the garbage, they even wanted to slander me by telling me to be grateful that they are "good and fine people", because otherwise they would stop a patrol at that time and that the matter would become legal.

Por las lámparas recargables que me vendieron es la primera vez que compro con ellos y su servicio es excelente, mucha comunicación con el cliente , siempre hubo una pronta respuesta y fueron verdaderamente muy amables.
Conforme vaya probando las lámparas iré dando mis observaciones. Pero por el momento el producto está muy bien y funciona al 100%.
