Simplemente la calidad no es la misma a una verdadera tintorería que se preocupa por el cliente
Local dry cleaners that have grown with so many years and are honestly the only one that uses specialized machinery unlike many franchises that arrived that iron with a house plank
The quality is simply not the same as a true dry cleaner who cares about the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé una camisa nueva y me la regresaron con un hoyo gigante diciendo que ya estaba vieja y no pudieron salvarla. La acababa de comprar y les enseñé el ticket, me dijeron que hablara con el dueño y fui varias veces y el dueño nunca apareció. No me pagaron la camisa.
I wore a new shirt and they returned it to me with a giant hole saying it was old and they couldn't save it. I had just bought it and I showed them the ticket, they told me to talk to the owner and I went several times and the owner never showed up. They didn't pay for my shirt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve unas camisas y me las entregaron con un mal olor (humedad , drenaje) en la entrada al local tienen olor a drenaje, me respondieron que era por el "antro" de junto y no es asi ya que es en su local, lastima daban un buen servicio, fuy cliente varios años
I took some shirts and they gave them to me with a bad smell (humidity, drainage) at the entrance to the place they smell of drainage, they replied that it was because of the "den" next door and it is not like that since it is in their place, it hurts good service, I've been a customer for several years
