★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una pésima experiencia en ese lugar, los artículos que compré fallan ya que son chinos pero aún así supuestamente tienen garantía y al momento de hacer la devolución me salen con que yo no compre esos artículos ahí y los empleados de ahí se comportan de una manera muy grosera

Compré un producto y todo el tiempo me falló y cuando fui a devolverlo me salieron con la excusa de que mi producto no lo compré ahí, y aparte el servicio al cliente es pésimo?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, ocultan información al comprador y no te la mencionan hasta después que pagas, ya que no hacen devoluciones a efectivo aún cuando pides hacer la devolución en ese mismo momento de pagar, el gerente se ofrece a qué le dejes el producto aún estando defectuoso para que el lo pueda vender y según así te habla para devolverte el dinero, pero nada te asegura que lo hará en fin, si van a comprar algo de esa mercancía china les sale mejor incluso en wish que en esa basura de lugar
