★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, te cambian las condiciones de pago. No hay llamadas de seguimiento. En particular por la señora Malena quien se mostró inflexible al no reconocer su error y querer imponer condiciones a conveniencia suya. Definitivamente hay más y mejores opciones.
 Poor service, your payment terms change. There are no follow-up calls. In particular by Mrs. Malena who was adamant in not acknowledging her mistake and wanting to impose conditions at her convenience. There are definitely more and better options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los vestidos están hermosos, pero el servicio pésimo, me hicieron dar 3 vueltas más, después de la fecha de entrega, me mal formaron mi vestido al hacer los ajustes, fue un muy mal trabajo de la costurera del lugar. A parte las chicas que atienden son muy sangronas, nada amables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar para checar los vestidos de novia tienen mucha variedad en cuanto estilos y diseños. El servicio es bastante bueno las señoritas son muy atentas y saben asesorarte y ayudarte cuando tienes que medir te el vestido. Riene estacionamiento por la parte lateral y por el momento el servicio es con cita, solamente cuando fui a realizar el pago fue directo. Pero también cuentan con transferencia bancaria electrónica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo estuvo muy bien a excepción de la señora Lidia, todo el tiempo tuvo una actitud bastante antipática a mi parecer, y la señora Mary no lograba hacer que mi vestido quedara bien.
Lo demás muy lindo, vestidos preciosos, lugar limpio, precios acorde a la calidad.
Lo único que pido es que las empleadas que mencioné mejoren su actitud porque pueden poner en riesgo la reputación de la tienda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonitos vestidos, pero tienen políticas muy cuadradas. En especifico no se puede recoger tu vestido en diferentes horarios tiene que ser en uno solo sino no te entregan nada. No pierdan su documento sino se quedan sin vestido... No vuelvo a recomendar comprar ahí.
Nice dresses, but they have very square policies. Specifically, you cannot pick up your dress at different times, it has to be at one time, otherwise they will not deliver anything to you. Do not lose your document otherwise you will be left without a dress... I will not recommend buying there again.
