Al presentarme al lugar me tomaron fotos con los vestidos que me medí lo cual fue muy comodo ya que no necesite yo hacerlo de mi teléfono y me ahorre incomodidad. También, debo agregar que me hicieron sentir muy segura ya que hay un excelente protocolo de bio seguridad por la pandemia, entonces nunca tuve miedo de contagio en ningún momento. Para futuras novias que necesiten su vestido , les recomiendo este lugar y que tengan confianza en las asesoras y que vayan con una mente abierta a sus sugerencias!
A very beautiful and special experience in my life. The staff at Novias & Co was very attentive, very kind and followed me up from the moment I made my appointment. When I introduced myself to the place, they took photos of me with the dresses that I measured, which was very comfortable since I did not need to do it from my phone and it saved me discomfort. Also, I must add that they made me feel very safe since there is an excellent biosecurity protocol for the pandemic, so I was never afraid of contagion at any time. For future brides who need their dress, I recommend this place and that they have confidence in the advisors and that they go with an open mind to their suggestions!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia en este lugar!! Nos acabaron CORRIENDO!! No te dejan tomar fotos y solo te dan una hora para la prueba de tu vestido novia!! Nos acabaron diciendo que nosotras traíamos pésima actitud!! Y que teníamos que terminar la prueba!!
Increíble!! Habiendo tantas opciones en la ciudad no se como seguimos llenos a este lugar con ese pésimo servicio!! NO gasten su tiempo en ir!!
Terrible experience in this place! They ended up RUNNING us!! They don't let you take photos and they only give you one hour to try on your wedding dress!! They ended up telling us that we had a terrible attitude!! And that we had to finish the test!!
Incredible!! Having so many options in the city I don't know how we keep this place full with such lousy service!! DO NOT waste your time going!!
