 I loved the attention ... they try on the models without obligation and they have a great variety. The owner is very kind and friendly ... they just like their job. And I loved my dress. I highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, como todo te atienden súper bien al inicio y cuando compras y todavía peor después de pagar, pésimo trato, no tienen la suficiente calidad humana de atención al cliente que se requiere para un negocio como este, por muchos cincuenta años que lleven en él, se confunden.
Leí las opiniones mucho después de haber comprado, desafortunadamente yo vine porque me habían recomendado este lugar y jamás me imaginé que con todo y recomendación iban a salir con esto, el vestido está mas o menos bien, pero sólo eso, no le podría dar otro calificativo.
De haber visto la opinión de Maricruz antes, definitivamente ni entro a este lugar !
Y le pongo una estrella porque de lo contrario no me deja publicar la opinión, pero no le pondría ninguna !!
Very bad experience, as everything they serve you super well at the beginning and when you buy and even worse after paying, terrible treatment, they do not have the sufficient human quality of customer service that is required for a business like this, for many fifty years that they have been in it, they get confused.
I read the opinions long after I bought, unfortunately I came because they had recommended this place to me and I never imagined that with everything and recommendation they would come out with this, the dress is more or less fine, but only that, I could not give it another qualifying.
Having seen Maricruz's opinion before, I definitely didn't even enter this place!
And I put a star because otherwise it will not let me publish the opinion, but I would not put any!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy una estrella porque no le puedo dar cero. Tuve la peor experiencia de mi vida en esta tienda. Compré mi vestido y ellos me lo mandaron a un taller a hacerle ajustes. En el taller me dejaron el vestido horrible, le rasgaron las aplicaciones y perdió la forma. Cuando fui a reclamar, el señor de forma muy grosera me dijo que el vestido estaba bien, pero que si quería me lo cambiaba por otro. Como no tenían el mismo modelo, escogí uno del doble del precio. Pero el señor seguía tratándome muy grosero y prepotente, como si me estuviera regalando algo. Incluso amenazó a mi novio para que no anduviera diciendo que nos habían arruinado el vestido. Finamente le pedí el dinero de regreso y me dijo que me lo regresaba pero que se quedaba con el 25%, aceptamos con tal de no seguir argumentando con una persona tan prepotente y grosera. Cuidado novias si compran aquí!!
I give it a star because I can't give it zero. I had the worst experience of my life in this store. I bought my dress and they sent it to a workshop to make adjustments. In the workshop they left me the horrible dress, they ripped the applications and it lost its shape. When I went to complain, the man very rudely told me that the dress was fine, but if he wanted I would change it for another one. Since they did not have the same model, I chose one of double the price. But the gentleman continued treating me very rude and arrogant, as if he was giving me something. She even threatened my boyfriend not to go around saying that our dress had been ruined. Finally I asked him for the money back and he said he would return it to me but he would keep 25%, we accepted as long as we didn't continue arguing with such a arrogant and rude person. Be careful brides if you buy here !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuentan con ropones para bautizo muy bonitos, no creo que se puedan encontrar en otro lado, en cuanto a accesorios para novia también manejan una calidad superior a todo lo que te ofrecen en otros locales y puestos ambulantes.
They have very nice christening gowns, I don't think they can be found anywhere else, in terms of bridal accessories they also handle a quality superior to everything that they offer you in other places and street stalls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendieron el vestido que mi esposa había escogido y nos quisieron dar otro de muy mala calidad diciéndonos que ese vestido que nos estaban dando era el que mi esposa había escogido, el vestido era el mismo modelo pero diferente color y de pésima calidad. Te dan uno muy bonito para que te animes a comprarlo y cuando vas por el, no es el mismo que escogiste, realmente ese es su negocio, enseñarte uno y darte otro. Han engañado a muchas mujeres con tantos vestidos. lamentablemente la mayoría no se da cuenta de ese engaño. Son deshonestos, gente mentirosa, prepotente...

They sold the dress that my wife had chosen and they wanted to give us another one of very poor quality, telling us that the dress they were giving us was the one that my wife had chosen, the dress was the same model but a different color and of poor quality. They give you a very nice one so that you are encouraged to buy it and when you go for it, it is not the same one you chose, really that is their business, show you one and give you another. They have fooled many women with so many dresses. sadly most do not realize this deception. They are dishonest, lying people, arrogant ...
