★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera ponerles 1 estrella o menos lo haría.. Pésimo nivel de atención al cliente, no cumplen lo que prometen, solo te hacen pagar desde antes y ya después no dan soluciones. No dan la cara, solo aplazan la fecha de entrega y se hacen los desentendidos; terminan entregando un mal trabajo y mal hecho.
If I could give them 1 star or less, I would do it .. Terrible level of customer service, they don't deliver what they promise, they only make you pay beforehand and they don't give solutions afterwards. They do not show their faces, they only postpone the delivery date and they are ignorant; they end up delivering a bad job and a bad job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una tienda muy informal ,no te entregan el vestido la fecha que es y te traen con puras vueltas y asta se esconden y no dan la cara te dicen una cosa y otra y alas ultimas te entregan otro modelo de vestido que no era el tuyo ...muy mal pero eso si , de primero te atienden muy bien y zas al ultimo esas son las consecuencias , no me quedaron ganas de volver .....calificacion un cero...
It is a very informal store, they do not give you the dress on the date it is and they bring you with pure turns and until they hide and do not show their faces they tell you one thing and another and lastly they give you another model of dress that was not yours ... very bad but yes, from the first they take care of you very well and wham to the last those are the consequences, I did not want to go back ..... rating a zero ...

La persona que me atendio (Esme Nieto) No cumplen lo que prometen, Les pague por adelantado y cuando llegue a recojerlo no lo tenían listo. Por su culpa tuve que gastar mas dinero en otro vestido. No es justo que le hagan esto a la gente. Deberían de cerrar este local no pueden seguir estafando ala gente.
Terrible customer service. Do not go to this store!!!! If I could give them a zero I would! The person who attended me (Esme Nieto) They do not fulfill what they promise, I paid them in advance and when I arrived to pick it up they did not have it ready. Because of her I had to spend more money on another dress. It's not fair that they do this to people. They should close this place they can't keep scamming people.
