★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo no tiren su dinero y pacen malos ratos se pago un vestido desde octubre y se pago envío y estamos en febrero y aún no entregan ni vestido ni dinero son unos rateros y sinvergüenza compren en otro lado donde sean onestos
Too bad don't waste your money and have bad times I paid for a dress since October and I paid shipping and it's February and they still don't deliver neither dress nor money they are thieves and scoundrels buy elsewhere where they are honest

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, 0% recomendable, realice un pedido de vestido de novia y me querían dar otro que no pedí, mal hecho, o que afuerzas me llevara otro pero no devolver el dinero, muy irresponsables.
Terrible service, 0% recommended, I made an order for a wedding dress and they wanted to give me another one that I did not ask for, poorly done, or that I might take another one but not return the money, very irresponsible.

Terrible service they do not understand the concept of being responsible in their work they deliver dirty dresses and in that case they sell what you wanted and they change it for one orible I do not recommend at all this store is terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi comentario va dirigido principalmente a las Novias, mi experiencia de compra fue muy triste, fui y mire mi vestido ideal en esta tienda, di mi anticipo para apartarlo y en aproximadamente 2 meses regresaría por el, lamentablemente me isieron perder 3 meses, mi Boda ya estaba en puerta y no me entregaron mi vestido
Después de hacerme ir varias veces por el y no ser el modelo que pedí, ojala y no les suceda la misma experiencia y agan caso a las calificaciones de google, yo las ignore Porque me encanto el vestido y porque lo había pedido para 2 meses antes de la Boda
Les estuve dando tiempo siempre aue me lo pedían hasta que faltaban solo 5 semanas para mi boda
Aún con ese tiempo enzima les di chance 15 días más y al ir a recogerlo la atención vía telefónica fue muy pésima, en sucursal no tanto pero oh mi sorpresa que el vestido aue me entregaron estaba horrible
Era todo lo que les dije que no quería en un vestido.
Gracias a Dios corrí y busque y encontré mismo en Acambaro pero en otra tienda, no mi vestido ideal pero, si uno que me agrado y me gusto, la atención fue muy diferente y lo mejor me isieron los ajustes el mismo día y pude llevarmelo a casa a tiempo para la boda

After making me go for it several times and not being the model I asked for, I hope the same experience does not happen to them and pay attention to the google ratings, I ignored them Because I loved the dress and because I had ordered it for 2 months before of the wedding
I was giving them time whenever they asked me until there were only 5 weeks left for my wedding
Even with that time enzyme I gave them a chance for 15 more days and when I went to pick it up the service by phone was very bad, not so much at the branch but oh my surprise that the dress they gave me was horrible
It was everything I told them I didn't want in a dress.
Thank God I ran and searched and found the same one in Acambaro but in another store, not my ideal dress but, if one that I liked and I liked, the attention was very different and the best thing was the adjustments the same day and I was able to take it to home in time for the wedding
