★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rate I’m giving is mostly due to the guards, the place is beautiful, clean and quiet, however, I understand the guards are doing their job by asking certain questions, but they are extremely rude and condescending to the visitors and the own residents. I came to visit a friend and provided my ID to the guards, then I gave the information of the apartment I was going into, they started saying you have the wrong information you are not qualified enough to enter Nova Cancún, I felt targeted right away and started saying there was no need use this kind of tone, the guards started saying you have to leave, I tried to file a complaint but the lady in the office was rude and pushing me out of their office. I asked for names so I could formally file a complaint and they started saying to go away and getting aggressive. I called my friend to let her know that the guards did not let me in, and that I would rather meet up in a café.
