Se equivocaron en las medidas específica de una lona y cuando fui a reclamar primero me tachaban de mentiroso sin medir la lona, luego la querían cortar, nunca aceptaron su error y además con mala actitud me atendieron como si me hicieran un favor. Lo mismo pasó cuando fui a recogerla, no entiendo porque tienen en servicio a cliente a gente que no sirve para eso. No lo recomiendo para nada, hay muchos lugares en Morelia con mucho mejor atención y calidad. Terrible service! They were wrong in the specific measurements of a canvas and when I went to claim they first called me a liar without measuring the canvas, then they wanted to cut it, they never accepted their mistake and also with a bad attitude they treated me as if they were doing me a favor. The same thing happened when I went to pick it up, I do not understand why they have customer service for people who are not good for that. I do not recommend it at all, there are many places in Morelia with much better care and quality.

Muy decepcionado de la comunicación, poco recomendable si tienes urgencia. They do not deliver on time, and they do not follow the instructions that you indicate in the emails, they do not notify you that your order will not be done and they make you waste time going to be told that it will not be ready. Geraldo y su time nos comprenderán perfectamente y concordaran hacer el trabajo exactamente como nosotros queríamos. 3 dias de trabajo y mucha paciencia después ellos concluirán lo que vimos como una pieza de arte. La van ahora esta exactamente como el design! Trabajo perfecto! Muchas gracias por todo, amigos! They understood it perfectly and even though I was pretty particular about how I wanted it done, they agreed with it. 3 days and many hours of work later they had pulled off an artist's work and made our van look EXACTLY like what we had design. The whole process was easy! We couldn't have expected any better. Amazing job, guys! We arrived at Novo Arte for the complete labeling of our van. Geraldo and his time will understand us perfectly and agree to do the job exactly as we wanted. 3 days of work and a lot of patience later they will conclude what we saw as an art piece. The van is now exactly like the design! Perfect work! Thank you very much for everything, friends!
