El encargado nunca está en el local, tienes que ponerte de acuerdo por WhatsApp, pero lo malo es que te dice que estará en el local a cierta hora y cuando llegas no está y SIEMPRE te van a decir los de la tienda de abarrotes que llegará en 2 horas más, y cuando el técnico te dice que por fin llegó al local resulta que se va a ir en 15 minutos.
Además de eso, se le olvida hacer el trabajo que te dijo que iba a realizar, debes estar recordandole diario.
Muy mala experiencia que me llevé, no lo recomiendo para nada.

The manager is never on the premises, you have to agree on WhatsApp, but the bad thing is that he tells you that he will be at the premises at a certain time and when you arrive he is not there and they will ALWAYS tell you those from the grocery store that he will arrive in 2 more hours, and when the technician tells you that he finally arrived at the premises, it turns out that he is going to leave in 15 minutes.
In addition to that, he forgets to do the work he told you he was going to do, you must be reminding him daily.
Very bad experience that I had, I do not recommend it at all.
