N o lo recomiendo, llevé una maquina Brother y no me la arreglaron bien, tuve que ir a otro centro autorizado.

Informales y caro. Quedaron de darme respuesta para revisar mi máquina una semana después de haberla entregado y al marcar me dijeron que aún no la revisaban, que marcara 3 días después. No quede conforme con el diagnóstico que costo $500. Y la lleve a otro lugar donde por $350 me la revisaron y entregaron arreglada con un diagnóstico distinto.

Pésimo. Desde la atención cuando llegas hasta el servicio y entrega. Llevé mi máquina de coser a reparación y primero la recepcionista se puso a verla y a jugar con ella pidiéndome los accesorios a lo cual me negué pues se notaba que no tenía ni idea de lo que hacía. Le pedí que llamara a un técnico para explicarle lo que le pasaba a mi máquina. El técnico me dijo que mi máquina necesitaba un cambio de pieza y mantenimiento por lo que accedí a dejar la máquina y pagar el costo tan elevado pues es un centro autorizado por la marca. Me dijeron que tenían la máquina en 8-10 días hábiles, yo llamé a los 5 días solo para saber si estaban ya cerca de revisar mi máquina y la misma recepcionista me dijo que claramente me dijeron que en 8-10 días hablara, llamé a los 8 días hábiles exigiendo un estatus y me dijeron que los 8-10 días hábiles eran para que empezaran a revisarla, no para entregarla, llamé los siguientes días para exigir que se comenzara a reparar mi máquina y me dijeron que ya se trabajaría, que llamara al día siguiente para saber si ya podía recogerla. Al día siguiente ellos me llamaron (la recepcionista) diciendo que podía recogerla un día después. El día después fui a recogerla y primero me preguntaron que por qué había ido sin llamar primero, expliqué que ellos me habían llamado. La recepcionista le marcó al técnico quien dio una explicación muy larga pero por lo que alcancé a entender, aún no habían reparado mi máquina, me quedé esperando 40 minutos y al probar mi máquina en casa me di cuenta que la dejaron peor de lo que estaba. Ahora la máquina está totalmente inservible.

NO IR MUCHO CUIDADO! Pésimo! Nefastos y estafadores. Lleve una máquina Singer, no la arreglaron, me cobraron y le robaron partes. No hacen válida su propia garantía, el técnico no da la cara y la recepcionista muy grosera y altanera. RATEROS

Pésimo servicio. Lleve una máquina por la cual me cobraron $900. Cuando llegue a mi casa y la probé está no servía, trabajaba de la misma manera o peor de cuando la lleve. Llame para comentarles la situación, la recepcionista de manera grosera y burlona insinuó que era porque yo no sabía usar una máquina. Que la llevara otra vez.
