We enjoyed our stay! The people were amazing, majority of staff were very friendly! One person that really stood out to us was Zyan in VIP services. She made sure we were satisfied with our service and with the hotel. Her personality made us feel like family and she went above and beyond for us! Whoever hired her did a fantastic job! We will be back hopefully very soon!?

I was literally treated like royalty during my entire stay! The food was awesome no complaints at all my favorite restaurant was Paramour. The staff was phenomenal; everyone was so kind and nice and genuinely at our service 24/7! The cleanliness of the resort was like no other! Everyday all day, every corner you turned someone was cleaning. And last but not least I felt completely safe! They checked you in and out like a daycare every time you left the resort and the security wouldn’t dare let a stranger on the property unless you had a room you would not get passed security and no one could take you away! This place was truly paradise. If I could I would thank the entire staff one by one! They all deserve raises! Especially those in the restaurants, bars, and room service!

Got 3 rooms with my friends and we had a great stay! Antonio helped to check us in, our sunset view room with a pool on the deck was literally paradise. Fernando at the swim up bar was so awesome, he gave us great recommendations and made our drinks for the whole trip. Candy kept the margaritas coming and this resort was an overall amazing trip. We relaxed, had great food, and met cool people. Thanks for such a great spring break stay. :)

Spent 5 days here and it was a solid experience. The hotel could use some updates but overall it's a great spot with super friendly staff. The pool attendant Alex is super helpful and friendly, he greeted us every morning and was always handy with extra cold water bottles. The entertainment staff was great as well, in particular a young lady Martha was super engaging and fun. She made a point to engage with all the guests and try to make everyone's experience better and last but not least the premium bar bartender Roberto was the absolute best. All in all a great spot to spend a few days in the sun.

This was the first resort I took my family too (kids 7 years old and 3 years old). They were super friendly. Restaurant food and service was awesome. Beach area and service was amazing. Kids Explorer representatives did an awesome job taking care of our kiddos and made their experience amazing. Big shoutout to Juan for doing an outstanding job assisting me with my luggage during the trip. Also, Antonio at the Italian restaurant had superior service during our dinner. Great resort!

This place is excellent! It is everything you could want in a tropical getaway. Great amenities, restaurants, and activities throughout the day. Aside from the incredible view, the staff was my favorite part of my stay. They are all happy to serve you and want you to enjoy every second of your vacation. In particular, Osvel waited us by the pool for multiple days and was absolutely wonderful. He is kind and down to earth, and enjoys getting to know his customers. Couldn’t recommend this resort enough!

So beautiful! We had an excellent stay. Everyday our room was cleaned/restocked. Food was good. The hotel had a lot of activities and really kept you busy. Drinks were good, every staff member was friendly. Beach was perfect. Not really the best place for swimming in the ocean, but we didn’t mind. There was a storm and the power in the hotel was out for several hours, the staff made sure we were notified and did their best to keep everything running smoothly. We had spa services and it was very relaxing. Staff directed us on how to use public transportation and what stores were good to go to. I can’t wait to go back!

If I could give it negative stars, I would! Came to the resort for a Mother’s Day trip. I would’ve been better off staying home. As soon as we walked into the country, we were bombarded by sales reps trying to sell time share. We get to the hotel and that’s the first thing they want to sit us down and talk about as well. Also mentioned that the sales rep at the airport will get $50 if we show up to the time share meeting. Wasted 3 hours of my life and vacation time on just this. Now back to the hotel… ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Food isn’t edible. I ended up getting sick our second night there. Threw up all night. After that night I stopped eating the food there. I went to their gift shop in the hotel and bought a bag of chips for $10 (literally just a bag of chips and nothing else). Drinks were watered down. Rooms are very outdated and look nothing like the pictures. The best and only good thing about this place was the spa. Someone stole my sandals and shirt at the pool. Pool is also dirty and there isn’t enough seating. Save your money and stay home or go to another hotel in the area because this place is NOT it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone nor will I be returning.
