Tardan mucho en tomar llamadas de los pedidos; hay veces que estás llamando una y otra vez y nadie contesta. Y llegan a tardar 40 minutos para una entrega. La gerencia y los empleados demuestran su ineficiencia. Sábado 11 de septiembre de 2021 por la noche, 8 p.m. Una hora de llamar sin que contesten. Voy a la tienda, frente a ella llamo y estando los dos jóvenes ninguno contesta. Su seguridad es una broma, sentado y con audífonos viendo vídeos. Incluso desde dentro de la tienda llamé y nadie contestó. Es una burla su servicio. ¡QUE LA GERENCIA TOME ACCIONES CON ESTOS INCOMPETENTES!

Si ya EN la tienda muchas veces los chicos no usan o usan mal el cubrebocas, ahora, 28 de enero de 2022 a las 07:35 p.m, los repartidores ni se toman la molestia de usarlo. Si les pides que se lo pongan no te contestan y además se enojan y no devuelven el saludo o la despedida; ni los modales básicos parece ser requisito para tratar a los clientes. Muy mal servicio.
