★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta empresa al parecer financia carros a literalmente rateros en las agencias y luego le tratan de cobrar a los clientes reales sin haberles entregado nada.
Mucho cuidado, mientras no se hagan responsables de sus agencias yo no compraría

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me llaman y llaman para cobrarme y no tengo cuenta de crédito con ellos. Hoy ya me llamaron 10 veces en el lapso de dos horas. Usan esa máquina de llamadas.

No tengo el año aún con el auto y ya me han cobrado dos veces intereses por pago tardío, cuando el pago esta direccionado a mi banco, me quiero comunicar y no responden siempre están ocupados los representantes, y cuando marcan ponen una grabación, total que nunca hay un Ser humano para aclaración, sólo máquinas y robot y si llegas a tener suerte no te dejan hablar y cuelgan, la peor experiencia con ésta Financiera ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, realice la líquidaciin de mi crédito y aún me quitaron una mensualidad, hablo para el reembolso y me dicen que son 5 días hábiles y aún 15 dias más para que me entreguen mi factura. Y también aunque estaba domiciliado el pago una vez no cobraron a tiempo ye cobraron de másmande correo y no me hicieron caso. Pésimo servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No contraten nada con esta financiera, yo saqué un auto de agencia (era la financiera que tenían para sacar el auto a crédito), son muy puntuales en cobrar, se te pasa un día y ya te amenazan diciendo que te van a denunciar, pero les solicitas información y nadie de sus asesores te saben responder.
Te dicen que el pago está programado para cierto día y no lo realizan, afectando tu historial crediticio por culpa de ellos.
No contraten con ellos, evítense pasar malos ratos y pérdida de tiempo con esta "Financiera".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo peor de lo peor. Pésimo servicio a cliente, no resuelven, cobran por cargos que nunca especifican. Tengo según un adeudo y he pedido infinidad de veces que me especifiquen el concepto, su solución: me mandaron a un despacho de cobranza que obvio ni sabe a qué se debe el adeudo. Si van a otorgarles un financiamiento, revisen si se trata de esta financiera de asco.

El pago de mi crédito se encuentra domiciliado y este mes no realizaron el cobro total. La cuenta a la que está domiciliado mi crédito cuenta con el saldo suficiente.
Enviaron mi cuenta a un despacho de cobranza cuando el error fue de ellos.
He estado comunicándome desde el día viernes esperando más de 30 minutos para ser atendida y poder resolver la situación y ver por qué no cobraron completo, su respuesta fue “pasó algo muy chistoso y raro” si gusta puede pagar en línea pero pase su dinero a apartados por si el sistema absorbe el cargo y evitar pagos dobles.
Pésimo servicio por parte de esta financiera.
