★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si contratas un paquete de internet por "X" MB/s, el 50% de lo que te ofrecen es en realidad lo que vas a tener como velocidad si bien les va. Su servicio de atención a clientes es deplorable, he tenido mejores experiencias haciendo trámites de gobierno y con aseguradoras. Haciendo la comparación, hacen ver la atención al cliente de oficinas de gobierno como si fuera la atención al cliente del taquero de la esquina que siempre te saluda, ya sabe cuantos tacos quieres y hasta te da uno de pilón.
Si quieres un buen servicio de internet, huye de este proveedor y te vas a ahorrar muchas frustraciones innecesarias.
