★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegue a NTS por recomendación ya que su trabajo habla por sí mismo, Ricardo es un excelente profesional que me ha enseñado a mejorar mi relación con la comida y a disfrutar del proceso, les voy a ser sincera no esperen resultados mágicos ya que quién te prometa eso está mintiendo, esto es un proceso de cambio de hábitos y mantener esos hábitos para toda la vida cosa que no es fácil.
Me gusta que Ricardo se actualiza de manera constante, lo conocí por allá de 2015 en donde todavía creía en la carnitina y los bcaas y después retome el camino en 2018 en donde ya no tiro mi dinero a la basura, no te puedo decir si es caro o no ya que es cosa de percepción pero lo que si te puedo asegurar es que si te comprometes verás resultados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El costo es excesivamente elevado y despues de el primer seguimiento no pudieron darme una cita mensual pesimo seguimiento, la nutriologa tiene una actitud sumamente seca y cero empatica. No gasten su dinero mejor busquen otra opción si lo que buscan es buena atención y seguimiento, de hecho este comentario fue realizado con la dirección de Coapa con la nutriologa qué ya no se encuentra laborando en la clínica.
