 Scam… they charge you for things that do not appear on the page, they change prices all the time… and it took almost 4 hours for them to give me an answer to something

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever. did not take the car. I am really disappointed because at arrival the price is completely different from what I have received in the email confirmation. 23 dollars in the email, 49 in the shop. Plus it says on the website that CDW insurance is not mandatory if I have the proof that my credit card accepts this insurance. But the guy did not accept and said it is 166 dollars total. Really bad service never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience, when i arrived to take the car i reserved, there was no reservation in my name. I scheduled to pick up the car in Infinity Car Rental Cancun. I’m trying to talk Nu Car Rental but didn’t get any response! They didn’t get my money back yet! I don’t recommend to be their client!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ scammers. they pretend to charge your card for the hold but don't actually try. we tried both our CCs and called the banks. both banks saw no transaction attempts. once it 'fails' they will force you to buy their CDW instead of using the one that comes with your credit card. never again.
