Nothing reliable! I made the reservation online, paid, and when I arrived I wanted to charge triple what I had already paid, plus leave a security deposit.

Eso ,reserve el día antes para recoger a las 5am y no me dejaron wl auto con el responsable que se queda allí y tuve q esperar q llegarán a las 7 y cuando me dice q 7000 usd deposito jjj bueno perdí mi dinero de la reserva no me lo devolvieron. Estafadores Terribly disgusting, avoid renting there they work with America rent car just by telling you that it is a robbery they ask for 7000 usd of deposit that not three of their best cars together are worth. That, I reserved the day before to pick up at 5am and they did not let me the car with the person in charge who stays there and I had to wait that they will arrive at 7 and when he tells me that 7000 usd I deposit jjj well I lost my money from the reservation no they gave it back to me. Scammers
E	Emanuel Moshia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nu car rental is scam and this address is not correct. We tried to find the office and they don't have one. You need to pick up the car from America car rental, and when we arrived they told us that there is no cars left. SCAM, STAY AWAY!!!!!!
H	Holly Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID AT ALL COSTS. It's a front for America Car Rental - because they have such an awful reputation under that company name they created this "NU car" business. Arrived and was told I had to pay $200 more than my appointment because my international insurance CC plan wasn't sufficient. Also I made a reservation months ahead and they charged my card for the full amount at that date. I had to jump through hoops to have the money returned to me - the company initially offered a "credit."
S	Steffen Smolka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a scam. They won’t give you the car unless you buy very expensive insurance, even if you’ve already paid for basic insurance. We went to Hertz and got a much cheaper deal.

This company will lure you with their cheap up front costs just to force you into paying quadruple the price for insurance, unless you’re okay with a 12k hold on your account. I also received a 7/8 tank that dropped down to 6/8 10 minutes after I drove it off the lot. When I returned it later that day with a 6/8 tank they charged me $250 pesos. I also spent a full hour and a half checking in to receive the car in the first place. Anywhere else will be better worth your time and money.
