Para mi Nuba es un lugar que es garantía, no hay vez que salga de ahí y no encuentre la opción ideal para cualquier evento que tenga, ya sea que vaya un mes antes o un día antes siempre encuentro las mejores opciones además de las marcas que mas me gustan. Constantemente hay vestidos nuevos y súper bonitos. El servicio y el trato que te dan es increíble, siempre me ayudan a encontrar la mejor opción además de que tienen un sistema súper eficiente y amigable.

En nuba me dieron un pésimo servicio y aparte de eso los precios están de locos y los vestidos no tienen precio entonces te enteras ya hasta que tienes que pagar. Aprovechados!! Mi novia rentó un vestido jueves a las 8pm, justo cuando iban cerrando el negocio, para un evento del viernes. Nos enteramos que alguien de la familia tiene covid entonces regresé el siguiente día (viernes) cuando iba abriendo el negocio a las 11am para cancelar y avisar que no hicieran los ajustes al vestido. La señorita que me atendió fue amable y me hizo el favor de contactar a la dueña para ver si nos podían hacer un reembolso. Lo reservamos a las 8pm y cancelé a las 11am del siguiente día. Osea que en ningún momento se les quitó la posibilidad de enseñarlo a alguien más. Lo justo hubiera sido pagar una penalidad, a la cual yo me ofrecí perder hasta el 50%. Pero la dueña al parecer tiene una política muy muy estricta que no permite reembolsos. Nos permiten tener un crédito para usarlo en un futuro pero de nada nos sirve eso si ya ni ganas tenemos de regresar. Tienen un letrero súper chiquito en donde según te informan todo pero nadie lo ve. Y en ningún momento lo mencionaron al momento de la compra. Y al negocio: les sugerimos tener un poco de flexibilidad en estos casos I recommend you never leave the total at the time of reservation.
