Amabilidad, puntualidad y limpieza de las unidades, sin embargo, es una pena que no se tomen la emergencia sanitaria en serio. En mi traslado al aeropuerto el chofer traía el cubreboca colgando del volante, supongo que para proteger sus llaves de un posible contagio. La mitad de los pasajeros tampoco traían cubreboca (: Ojalá pongan más atención en esto, me parece una falta de respeto para el resto de los pasajeros que procuramos no enfermar y no contagiar.

Fechamos o tour de Palenque, Cascatas Agua Azul e Misol-Ha. O motorista (Héctor) muito pontual e bom motorista. O atendimento foi muito bom!

MUY DEFICIENTE Reservamos con ellos para ir del aeropuerto a San Cristóbal porque el viaje salía antes que OCC, pero se retrasaron y acabamos saliendo más tarde. Por supuesto, no nos dieron ninguna explicación. Solo pudimos pagar con efectivo, con la vieja excusa de que no había señal en el terminal de pago, y además luego no querían devolvernos el cambio. ¡Tuvimos que pedirlo hasta 3 veces! Desafortunadamente, nos olvidamos un objeto personal en el bus y estuvimos varios días yendo a su oficina a preguntar por él, y siempre nos decían que ahorita lo traían, que volviéramos en unas horas. Obviamente, nunca nos lo llegaron a devolver.

Tuve el placer de hacer mi viaje por Chiapas y lo hice con Nucú, el cual nos brindó un excelente servicio y tour por los destinos turísticos, amables, respetuosos, unidades en excelente estado, puntuales y dando siempre una excelente reseña sobre los destinos a explorar. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, si piensas en viajar a recorrer los diferentes destinos turísticos del estado de Chiapas hazlo a través de Nucú Travel.

NO LO RECOMIENDO Positivo El hotel casa nucu está limpio y la gente, sobre todo las camareras muy amables y cuenta con secadora y cafetera. Las camionetas de los tours limpias. Negativo Tomamos un tour de 8 días con hospedaje y desayuno incluido, que en primer lugar  nos salio 3000 pesos más caro que con otras agencias. Siempre llegaban tarde, hasta 1 hora. Nos cambiaron los tours 2 veces. Te sentabas donde alcanzabas o donde podias, sin importar donde quedaba tu acompañante. Cobran muy caro y ni guías que te expliquen, eso tu lo tienes que contratar (más $$).Solo te ponen guia en el de pueblos indígenas que realmente no te aporta mucho. Te dan muy poco tiempo de conocer algunos lugares, ejemplo en misol-ha solo nos dieron 30 minutos. En el hotel al segundo dia se acabó el agua caliente y nunca lo resolvieron. Los desayunos americanos que incluía el paquete, (solo huevo y cafe)la verdad parecía que les molestaba cuando lo solicitabas. Cuando en el centro encuentras desayuno muy completos hasta en 35 pesos. POR ULTIMO, PAGAMOS PARA QUE NOS LLEVARAN AL AEROPUERTO. ANTES DE SALIR DEL HOTEL HUBO ENFRENTAMIENTO INCLUSO BALAZOS A UNA ESQUINA DEL HOTEL, SIN EMBARGO LA COMPAÑIA SOLO NOS LLEVO AL COLECTIVO PARA QUE NOS LLEVARA. YA QUE NO SE LES HABIA LLENADO LA CAMIONETA.

I did the San Juan Chamula and Zinancantan tour. Basically they take you to towns to buy things and it was a mostly Spanish tour. We saw another church and that’s it. Really did not enjoy this

Nucu travel is the most professional and trusted tour company in San Cristobal in my experience! They offer safe, comfortable and reliable transportation and tours that always left me feeling well taken care of. My final trip with them was a transport to Guatemala but unfortunately due to the resurgence of the Covid pandemic, the original details of the trip changed and no tour company in San Cristobal offered that transport any longer. Rather than leaving me high and dry, they went above and beyond to make sure the trip I had already booked and paid for happened smoothly by contacting their connections in Guatemala and making sure I made it to my original destination on time and safely. This is why their level of professionalism and customer service is a cut above the rest. Thank you!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely horrendous experience. Quite long but fully prepared to detail this experience so people can see how shambolic this operation is: Problem 1 - the driver was late. Not the best start, but we could have gotten past this I suppose. Problem 2 - we had arranged through the tour company a transfer to the airport post tour, as the tour went halfway there. When we got in the tour bus, the driver had no idea about this which was very concerning. Not only this, he seemed to get very angry about this, responding with frustration and not really explaining anything to us about what the plan was or even if there was a plan. This made us immediately worried/uncomfortable. Whenever we brought this subject up, the driver snapped back in a rude fashion saying "this is nothing to do with me" or similar. Problem 3 - we spent over one hour driving around San cristobal trying to pick just two other people up. The driver seemed unable or unwilling to use Google maps or basic navigation tools. Problem 4 - the addresses the company had for the people we had to pick up were incorrect. This was only rectified because one of the people in the bus knew the person and could correct the address. Problem 5 - the driver spent a long time moaning about how complicated his job was. Problem 6 - we spent another hour driving around Tuxla picking up other your guests. So two hours total wasted picking people up. We didn't pay for a taxi tour of Tuxla or San cristobal. This also made us very late to start the tour. Problem 7 - all of the above problems led to the tour being significantly delayed, meaning that the time we were garantued for our transfer to the airport kept getting later. Given we were catching a flight, we could not be late. We tried to raise this with the driver the plan but he just got angry. When we asked about timings he actively lied, saying we were 15 minutes away from a mirador when it in fact took us almost an hour without traffic. Again, his reaction to us checking the plan was incredibly rude given he was someone who should be trying to help us. We were promised to be at the place to meet our transfer at 4.30pm. This then moved to 5pm. At 5pm, we were just leaving a mirador up in the mountains nowhere near where we were meant to be. This obviously led to us being really stressed about missing our flight, but any time we raised this with the driver (politely!) he snapped at us and got really angry with us. In summary - Honestly the whole experience was horrible. The driver made us feel awful, as if our airport transfer was nothing to do with him and was an annoyance, when in fact it had been pre agreed with the company! Eventually this was resolved as we asked the driver to bring the transfer taxi forward to meet us earlier in the tour, and we made our flight. But the whole experience was awful. The driver is just horrible. Avoid.
